I think hearing about this event is going to be the motivation that I needed to get all three of the stangs up and running well

Brian- No problem, thanks for coming out and putting on some VERY ENTERTAINING RACES as usual
Lilghoust - Nice meeting you. A little more work on your reaction times and you would have beat that IROC. At least you fixed your filter and got your MPH back.
hidnn.o.s. - We could have used your help. If we had 1 more 12 second or faster stang, we would have very likely won.
Threesixes - Thanks a lot. Congrats on your 11 second pass.
SlowAss01 - You should have came and introduced yourself. Virtually every Ford guy that was there is registered on this forum
4.6GT - It was close, but NorCal-LS1 won.
rob - I never knew you were there! I think its been 3+ years since I've seen you though. You may not recognise me... lost some weigh, got rid of the goa-t, but don't worry the unique voice and laugh is still there Put the videos online in small 56K modem friendly MPEG1 files and I'll pull them onto the Californiafords.com server.... or if you can setup your box as an FTP server, I can log in and pull the vids.

Josh, Cool meeting you. A little more practice and you will be deep into the 11's. Hopefully I can work on my hook and get into the 11 zone myself.
Rob- Thanks!

GOT 50- you can blame 9COBRA8. He took all the track side pictures and didn't quite have the handle of the autofocus feature yet Glad you could make it out...what did you end up running? [ June 15, 2003, 01:12 PM: Message edited by: st5150 ]

Both me and my friend are pretty shy so we didnt talk to too many people. I tried talkin to one dude eric c. but he walked away. I know jared but i didnt see him, probably because we werent standing in the lanes like it seemed everyone else was. It was still tight. That gnx witht he turbos sticking out of the hoods was insane, I wish he wouldve got one good pass off. That 7.712 that one tubed n turboed notch did was also crazy. That was fun, we plan on going out a lot more often this summer now that we know where it is and shit.
