I have ran identical times with my bone stock cobra on both tracks, so in my opinion it doesnt really matter. Of course temperature, humidity and all that can change the performance of your car drastically.
I would go to the one nearest to me. However, Infineon (sears point) seems to have an incline in the track towards the end. Its very minor, so I dont know if it makes that much of a difference while racing.

Generally speaking Sac produces the best times with all other factors being equal. This is the opinion of every serious racer I have talked to.
Onother factor is how many runs can you get in? At Infinion you get booted after eliminations where at Sac you can get into the fun lane and possible get 2-3 more runs before the end of the night.
And Sac usually has a beter track prep.
(can ya tell I am an Infinion hater?)

unless you can get off work on a Friday by 2pm, you're looking at Sears Point wed nights. (aka Infineon) until about October.
Getting to Sac from the southbay on a Friday can take ~3 hours, on a wed night getting to Sears Point takes about 1.5 hours.
Don't forget the return trip home! 6 hours to Sac test-n-tune on a Friday. ouch.

Sears Point has runs on Friday? From 2pm to what time?

I ran better at Sac than I did at Sears by .5 a second! But that may be because the track at Sears was brand new...

if weather is the same, and track prep are the same, times will be the same.
sears doesn't bother prepping their track much for wed night drags, you have to go to one of their weekend bracket drags if you have too much power.
Sac seems like "a car guy's track" and no matter what is going on, it seems to be prepped well.

I've only been to Sac once, but it seemed like the people running the place were sort of pushy. They kind of yelled at me and stuff. Not that I'm all sensitive and stuff about it, but it seemed unnecessary.

See the trick is on the 1st and 3rd Friday of everymonth, we have all day Test N Tune. That means that you get to race from 11am till 10 pm, with a one hour break from 5-6. It's $100 for all day, or $40 from 6-10. However, if you really wanted to you could probably get 40 runs in. Or, take it easy and go for 20 runs. Either or, it would be a screaming deal.
