onlt got 2 runs in first was a 13.91 99.9 2.15 60 ft second was my all time best 13.71 101.1 2.008 60 ft very good considering my heavy chrome rims launching at idle and my 250lb frame and on stock tires with an auto hopefully with somw tires and weight reduction i can get a 13.5 on stock converter we'll see next month

Congratulations on the 13.7 It must have been really crowded if you only got 2 runs in. Let me know when you go again I would like to see your car run. After Palmdale next weekend I wont be back racing until my Mods are done.

they had the governors cup last night all the 7 and 8 second cars were there time trials so we had to wait for them to do their half mile burnouts

I ran a new best time of 13.7 @ 102.3 with a 2.209 60ft and a .577 reaction time.
Too crowded for me though.

Poisoned Pony - Dude, I saw your car leaving on the tow truck. Of course I was surounded by Chevy guys and got to hear all about Fords leaving the track on the tow truck....lol What cause the cable to break? Was it a stock cable?

yeah, i heard from the tow truck driver too lol. don't know. i was power-shifting all the gears and on my last run, i went to powershift to 3rd and got nothing. the cable is snapped somewhere inside the sleeve, stock one. I hate working the dash

A stock replacement Cable should be easy to come up with. But for the money it may be better to go ahead and get an adjustable one. I recomend the firewall adjustable type

wow thouse are some nice time with better tires and a stall converter LOW 13's sound about right

Nice times! I am hoping to get my wifes auto GT in the 13.9's next weekend at grudefest. It went a best of 14.22 at 98.6 . Now it has the 3.73's and getting the programmer. She will be stoked with a 13.99!

I have impoved a lot since my last runs at sears. My best time use to be 15.6 @ 86.26 mph and on friday I ran my new best time 15.3 @ 88.56 mph 2.2 60ft. I was sooooo happy!!! Now Im going for a 14.9!!
