It's an 8-point unit from Alston Chassis Works here in Sac.
DId you ever get to see my cage Justin??? Actually that's a dumb question since I went streetracing with you when I was on midtour in November from Korea..... Nevermind...

So anything else new besides the converter?
I just saw the video your passes and Brian5.O's passes for the first time. They came out pretty good. Some guy in the stands went nuts screaming after you beat the black fox. I still have no VCR to put them online though

The converter is new, have a spool now (I guess you saw the one wheel peel), and I changed some electronics to hopefully get rid of the miss I had. That's it for now .

Nice. I remember seeing your car at Sac about a year or so ago. What have you done to it since? What is your combo?

i was considering more boost, but ive heard horror stories of cracked blocks and such with even less power than i have now. my plan is to keep tinkering with the EEC tuner to make the most out of the boost i do have. the aftercooler makes a huge difference, and here's proof:
2 weeks before last weekend, i went to sac but only made 1 run, with the aftercooler defunct. the problem was the dry ice i put in the water box. i used pure antifreeze so there would be no change of frozen water. nothing froze, but the coolant got SO cold, that it wouldnt flow. it was like honey. the poor bilge pump (magnetic drive, like a speedo) wouldnt pump it, and i had to make a run without anything flowing through the aftercooler. that run was a 12.6 @ 116.
2 weeks later i picked up nearly 6 mph from the aftercooler and it's benefits.
i just finished installing the complete MM setup. Torque arm , PH bar, coil-overs front and rear... it handles like a go-kart now, and the baer's keep it stopping. i recently drove a friends mustang that still has stock brakes... OMG!
the TA sure makes a big difference... on plain radials i can manage 2.0 60-ft times.
