never been to the track but i don't want to show up - put out $15, take one run and sit the rest of the night...

The best way to get a good amount if passes in is to show up at 4:00 when the gates open. Go through tech and then get your butt to the staging lanes and wait. They will start running cars at 5:00. Usually get to make at least 2, sometimes three paractice runs before you even start bracket racing. Then it all depends on your driving capabilities.....lol Hope to see you out there.

I always thought they opened at 5 well looks like i am leaving the city at 2 instead of 3.

you're lucky to get 1 practice run at Sears sometimes (but the track should kick some major ass, I assume it will be a faster track than Sacramento, esp. in the summer months. Possibly winter will be quicker at Sac. owing to the ~30-40 degree temps you can get)
