do you need a helmet for 13.99 and quicker? i only been there once for a grudge night and ran 2 high 13's without them saying anything. i plan to run between 13.0-13.7 this time, would i need a helmet?

I ran a 13.0,13.1,12.9,13.7 without one.. I wore it on one pass. then gabe made fun of me.. so I took it off and ran a 12! lol

yeah I hear sometimes you get lucky and they dont trip. but when I ran my 13.8, the lady ran up to me on my next run and was like I think they told you to wear a helmet, I was like why I ran a 14 flat

i ran low 12's with out one.. and you dont even wanna know the shit you need for 11's lol.. but like gabe said it is always good to have one there.

you only get one head. I figure the conditions at Sac (unknown surface, could be oil, radiator, water spots everywhere) warrant a helmet in whatever car you run. 8 second, 12 second, or 20 second.In a weaknuts stock motored 5.0 (mine) I've almost had the back end come around on me on the 1-2 shift. I know that wasn't from power! (must have been water or something). so you never know, ya know?
