They're "freeze frames" from a video input. Use a de-interlace filter on those pics and you'll get rid of those uneven lines. Which version of Photoshop and is it a standard filter? There is a way to do it using my capture software as well, I just don't have time these days to figure it all out. What I dont understand is why hes not running C-clip eliminators.
