Well i headed out to sears yesterday. went out with my buddy got a good for runs in here are my times.

1st run
R/T 1.005
60FT 2.418 Ouch
330ft 6.419
1/8 9.603
MPH 76.89
1000 12.316
1/4 14.679 ouch
MPH 99.88 Ouch

My first run i slept for the first 60'. thought the car was spinnin so i just left it at 3000 hopin to hook up. then i realize the noise i thought was tire spinnin was actually my radio left on.. DOH [Mad]

also it was my first time out in about a year hence the slow r/t

2nd

Much better take off and launch but my 60' is still slower then my one last year. ive hit a 2.0 with street tires without all my mods.

On this run i put the fuel presure up to about 38 from 37. not sure if that contributed to the little increase in speed or not.

got the 13's. well it could off alot but there was a head wind about 5-10 mph per my judgment i could be wrong. fp was bumped once more for this run to 39 with vac off. woulda had a better reaction time but i went up with my buddy and our girls..they were a little resless and if he lost he wouldnt wanbt to stay. So my guy readlights. I think about it for a min. then im like Fit im goin for it. Then they DQ'd me. Cant wait to put on my gears and DR's [Whoo Whooooo!]

I alos think i can take off another tenth or two. On this run i actually powershifted third. well any opinions are welcome thanks.

stock 273's and exhaust i have frpp shorty headers with off road 2.5 hpipe. after hpipe its all the stock 2.25 with a flow wellded in 3 chamber.

I'd be surprised if that combo couldn't get into the 12's, but I figure your mph should be higher with those mods.

What kinda MPH should i be looking for.. I think my short block might be toast. When they pulled my heads the number 7 piston was kinda messed up. When i put in my 373's which i already have what kind of improvment should i see? Also my car is a vert. Dont know how much this matters?

for your combo in a vert 103 is right on get the gears and tires and you might hit 106- 107

Which tracks did ya'll goto? Me and a few buddy's about (4) Mustangs, (2)Camaro's & (3) Imports are heading down to Sears Point for the first time ever - I'll scann the numbers then post it after.

Oh yeah, how many runs do you get for $20 or whatever the price is...?

you usaully get three runs and then it goes to eliminations.. Where you can get about ten more runs.. Sucks you couldnt get into the 13's. [Frown]

Hopfully youll have better luck next time.
