cliffnotes: forgot to do a burnout (don't ask) ripped off a 3.0 60' banged the rev limiter (MSD set to 6k) in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. listen for the rapid-fire dtdtdttdtdtd sound when you should be hearing a gearshift, lol.
edit: sounds like a small caliber machine gun, lol [ November 17, 2002, 09:45 PM: Message edited by: shade-tree ]

Is that what your car sounds like with the Borlas?
Also, you should post this in the other thread to help your arguement with Drew about all those 15 second 5.0's at the track

yup, I was out with Borla XR-1s, longtubes, and off-road H. From the stands it sounds remarkably similar to my flowmasters. It's really different inside the car though
/me scratches around for a 19 second pass I made earlier in the year...

How does that help your argument though? I would imagine that run was "driver error", not a 15 second car

lol, yes driver error is the main ingredient, give me a break. I'm just saying... "what I see at the track..." is a #$^@# load of 14/15 second 5 liters!!! (myself included)
