3.5" floppy (swapable with cd-rom, or plugs in externally with included cable to printer port to use both at same time)
Battery kinda holds a charge, but not really, windows power meter says it will last 4 hours 45mins when its at 100% but it really lasts like 20-30 mins tops.
Overall really good condition.
history of it:
This is my girlfriends old laptop, she received it as a graduation present from parents in 2001, been used since then. About a year after getting it the LCD cracked, this was replaced so the screen is newer than the laptop and thats why its not the same color as the bottom portion. Its not a big deal and the screen works great so dont worry about it.
Hinges are tight, latch is in great shape, no dead pixels no shadows, and no marks on the screen that I can see. Colors are bright and the text is sharp.
Only known defect is the "0" (zero) key needs to be pushed harder than the others to work.
Asking $350 cash, picked up. I can ship it with 2 day mail with insurance for $30 extra.
Everything you see is included, users manual, backup cd's, etc.
Software on the laptop:
Windows XP Service Pack 2
Microsoft Office 2003 Enterprise edition, word, excel, outlook, powerpoint, etc.

Laptop is internet ready, has a 56k modem built in, and 2 PC card slots to add in your wifi or 10/100 ethernet card. I can include a 802.11b wifi card for $40 extra, or a Linksys 10/100 ethernet card for $20
If you need a larger HD I can upgrade that as well. I have a used 10gb drive that I can install for $25 extra, or a brand new still sealed in the bag IBM/Hitachi 20gb drive I will install for $65 extra, the laptop works perfectly fine with the 4.8gb drive thats in it now though. ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)
