so, the house will be going in the market in april 15th. we need the stuff out of here ASAP!
A lot of the stuff here will be sold for pennies on the dollar. i'm relocating to a different state by late this year and my parents are returning to Peru.
so far the only stuff that we need to move asap are
Gym and treadmill. 650 for both.
And 3 leather sofas, you can take the small tables too if you like. say 700 obo. Furniture is almost brand new, nor rips, scratches etc.
