After 12 years of ownership, I think its time to let my 97 Cobra go. I'm trying to figure out what to price it at. I don't want to price it too low (especially in this car market) but I also know the SN95 seems to be the unloved Mustang.
I have the suspension/drivetrain stripped out right now because I was starting to build it into a small tire car but I just don't feel like working on it anymore and would like to free up space in the garage. I'm going to grab some stock suspension parts to make it a roller with no brakes then try to sell the engine, transmission and all the aftermarket parts with the car.
The list: -1997 Cobra Rio Red with black interior
-91k miles on the chassis, clean interior/exterior
-Rear seat delete (installed but stock seats included)
-Built 4v stroker ~5k miles, 327ci (ported 03 heads, custom cams, custom short runner intake, boss block, custom stepped headers, etc)
-Built C4 from a NMRA car (needs to be freshened up)
-Hurst shifter
-Subframe connectors (installed)
-FRPP aluminum driveshaft
-Team Z tubular front end
-Team Z outlaw k member kit
-Team Z fixed caster plates
-Team Z motor/mid plates
-Team Z outlaw spindles
-Team Z dzus rail kit
-Team Z travel limiter kit
-Mencer Motorsports struts/springs
-TBM brakes/hubs -Bogart Wheels
And possibly some other items I'm forgetting.

I'm going to just sell the parts. Lmk if you want anything from that list. All parts except motor and trans are new in the box.

Unfortunately as you say the sn95 market is small. Everyone seems to be coyote swapping everything now so it’s dang hard to sell any older powerplant.
