I am trying to figure out how to get the rear bumper off my 65 Mustang. Hardware seems to be pretty well concealed. Do I have to drop the tank to get to the hardware?? Any hard info would be helpful. I am old and have a bum leg and crawling under and up repeatedly is a royal pain, literally.

The mounting hardware is in the trunk. Pretty easy to do. iirc, its 3 bolts each side.

Thanks. Taking junk from the trunk is a lot easier than dropping the tank..
