karen seems to have a stereotypical meaning...and in the linked news story, i didnt know renters can do that to the rental property that they share with several other renters in that SF building, but hey it is san francisco.

I must've missed the renter part [Confused]

but yeah I think that term is pretty hilarious when used right.
