Figured I'd start a post to see what everyone's been up to.
Life has definitely been a roller coaster since I joined here back in 09 but the last 3yrs or so things have been coming around. I landed a great career in the Elevators Union, bought my first home and had my first kid. I still have my two mustangs plus a few other cars. I think I've owned damn near every brand but I always come back to my Fords. Hopefully in the next few years I'll really have some cool builds finished.
Anyways here's a few pictures of everything. I'm hoping to get the cobra on the road by the end of the year.
The current stable
My buddy just picked this up. I'll send him here [ 2019-11-21, 03:12 PM: Message edited by: Boss 327 ]

Nice Boss! Your Cobra and your buddies Fox look great!
Haven't been doing much with mine. It's done and running great so I'm just enjoying driving it. Life is good!!

Almost died in a plane crash.....but I’m too astute to comply with death......
Take away a I have learned.... you need at least one engine to work in a single engine plane to keep flying. Also, no matter how many times I practiced engine out procedures. It never was like real life.

Holy crud and a half! Glad to see you survived that "landing." WHen you say almost died...what injuries did you come away with? I've been thinking about taking flying lessons but ended up buying a new LT1 instead...but flying is still on my radar!

Pretty sweet rzr's. I've had my eye on the turbo Honda Talon's. Why do you think you're done building old cars? Looks like you have a pretty nice collection.

Sounds like you are making some good moves, I'm sure you'll eventually find time for the car again.

You know what they say, any landing you can walk away from is a good one! Glad you came out ok. I too have worked on my PPL and bought a plane this past year. Its been so awesome being an owner and flying whenever I want. I hope you get back in the seat man!! BB8 Charlie1 by Peter Anderson, on Flickr

Looks like a fuel servo went out on take off.
I’ve been out of work since it happened with back problems but it is what it is.
On a side note looks like the new plane will have air conditioning, air bags and a garmin 1000. So at least that’s a plus.

It took me 59 hours from April of 2018 to September of 2018. I've flown a lot since then just hitting 250 hours a few weeks ago. Learning a ton every flight! Gonna chase the instrument rating here next year!
