i did a mock order and tax was not in the final total (before you hit submit order)
and i emailed LMR this afternoon and they replied,
"At this time California Residents are not paying Sales Tax on top of the purchase."

I ordered from Rocky Mountain atv and they sure charged me. Said this at checkout.. looks like i'll be using a different company now
On June 21, 2018, in the case of South Dakota v. Wayfair, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that states may now require remote sellers with no physical presence in a state to collect sales tax on sales of taxable products and services delivered to customers in that state.

Just went to see and sure enough they collect tax now, wonder what the state will be doing with all its new found money, more taxes just what everyone needs. Here’s is where I complain and say I’m moving to: insert your favorite place here, this does really suck though, I’m actually a little hurt by this, I’ve already paid $23k this year in taxes, not that anything will change but enough is enough.

Wow this is really shitty. The only upside to this will be for local businesses. I usually get things from out of state to avoid sales tax but now there is no point.
