It's been some time since I posted on this forum or owned a mustang.
I am currently on the fence and tire kicking 2015+ Mustang GTs. Preferably in electric blue.
What things should I know going in? I'd be trading in or selling a 2013 Nissan 370Z.
TIA [ 2017-08-27, 09:10 PM: Message edited by: rgtrahn ]

2015+ have a sit ton of wheel hop!!
the intake manifold runners seem to get stuck throwing a misfire code. (mine did it 17 gt) theirs a tsb for it.
launch control if used on the track voids warranty (or something like that) lol
stock axle shafts tend to snap (especially the right ones) if paired with drag radials w/ a speed
paint is shit, body lines dont line up typically rear bumper to quarter panel, hood to fender, (mine) fender to door (mine)
it handles nice especially paired with wider tires.exhaust is super quite. i think my focus is louder stock 4 stock gas mileage isnt bad performance parts cost some money and like 03/04 cobras basically any engine mods requires a revised tune

If you decide to buy a ford, take some one else with you to view the exterior. It seems like fords quality has gone down. I have seen scratches to exterior, sloppy painting and bubbling on a brand new vehicle. [ 2017-09-02, 11:14 AM: Message edited by: Outlaw_Stangz ]

Yeah this goes for all new cars. I have seen shitty quality from mopar to Honda to even local auto manufacturers shipping out cars with paint chips, bubbles, shit not lining up etc. On brand new cars.
