having to work in a hostile work environment.all i asked was to be switched to a diff shift.nothing was done about it and i had to continue to work with my lead guy but i keep hearing from a lot of people to talk to a lawyer because certain things keep coming up and i feel extremely uncomfortable.i told the manager that when it happened and he was pretty much like I'm sorry that happened but i need you on that shift but he's been switching people around this entire time while i go to work every night with all this tension and anger and have to just deal with it

Instead of just running to a Lawyer you can't talk to your HR department?

Unless you're unionized, HR will side with Mgmt., almost every time. .
