So I haven't been here as much due to life (work, school, family)...but things have definitely chilled out and I'm back into the swing of things. So we know what that means...project time! I decided to do something really different...a fat-fendered 50s ride. 1953 F100!
It's getting a low-mile Lightning drivetrain (still need a harness...), crown Vic front end, 4 link rear with an 8.8 from a Mach1, and very basic looks. Nothing crazy. I've been working on it literally non-stop!
It's currently borrowing wheels from my Shelby, but hey look and fit pretty decent.
So far, so good!

I was just wondering why I haven't seen you post lately. I'm glad to hear things are settling and glad to see you working on another project. Looking forward to seeing the progress. [ 2016-01-12, 05:03 PM: Message edited by: Blu50Stang ]

Between grad school, home life, and the full time job...I was slammed! Schools done so free time is here. I picked this up in October 2015 and the work see here has been over the last month. I picked it up like this... EBay for the win!

Nice! I've got a 72 F100 project I've started with a CV front and C-10 Trailing Arm rear suspension.

That CV front end makes it easy!
