So this is my first 5.0 and the sticker in the window says i should change my oil now but the car says it still has 58% life left, what should i do lol? How often do you guys change your oil in these things?

You can reset the oil life indicator on the dash by using the steering wheel buttons. usually you just hold down reset or OK when it says oil life. sometimes you have to go into the settings menu and reset the oil life there.
Whoever did the previous oil change may use a lower interval or did not reset the indicator and someone had to do it later down the road.
FYI it never hurts to change your oil
