I looking to buy some 295 35 18 tires, after finishing up my 5 lug conversion to my notch. Didn't realize these were soooo expensive.
Is there a such thing as best bang for buck on this tire size? What brand are you guys running. Looking at the CONTINENTAL EXTREMECONTACT DW, but don't know much about it.

The Conti DW is an awesome tire. Dont skimp out on off-brand "Ling Long" type stuff unless your car is a sideshow swang bucket.

The best quality "bang for your buck" tire would be a Bridgestone RE760. I run a 295-35-18 in that tire and works out great.

Been looking online for this tire size, mainly tire rack and there really isn't much of a selection. I'll look into those Bridgestone tires

Hankook is pretty good also. And don't worry about 285s vs 295s.. only a 10mm difference and may even work better on a fox.

did a little search and from I read these are non-directional......Which is new to me, always bought directional tires. They are going onto an 18x10 rim, i'll post some up when I get them mounted.

NOTE: While initially appearing somewhat directional, the Potenza RE760 Sport tread design is only asymmetric, allowing tires to be mounted on either side of the vehicle.
The tire's asymmetric internal structure includes a Computer Optimized Component System that combines two high-tensile steel belts reinforced by spirally wrapped nylon to stabilize the tread area, enhance handling, high-speed capability and ride quality while minimizing weight. The tire's stiffer outer sidewall reinforcement enhances steering response and cornering stability.

Ling Long Crosswinds FTMFW!!! You get great mileage out of them because they're fucking harder than concrete.
