I know it's an old device but my friend gave it to me and I was just wondering how many people are still using the xcal 2 to tune their cars and also will bama tunes work with it all advice is helpful thanks this is for my 03 cobra

I use one. AED tuned my car in 2012 and has revised it a few times since then.

I still have my AED tune in mine and still running strong. I think the question you want to ask is will tuners still tune with it?

ah yes that as well will tuners still tune with it, but my main concern was since i seen the lifetime tunes on American muscle for like $150 will i be able to just upload my tunes from the computer into the sct and into the car..i know they discontinued the 1 & 2 so was just wondering.

They still write tunes using the same files as the x3 and 4 and whatever else they have now.

American Muscle/Bama tunes are crap. Do you homework and go to a real tuner. I had RPM in Stockton tune my car.

My truck was dyno tuned by Ray @ full throttle kustomz in socal with my sct xcal2 this year. No issues if you go to a good, competent tuner.
