They wanted 75 million...... But they met in the middle at 5.9 million. It's too bad that Eric Garner had to die, but it was his own fault for resisting in the first place. Had he just gone with the officers liked he'd done numerous times....He might still be alive today to continue his lucrative smokes buisness.
