White car ? Trisodium Phosphate also known as TSP It is a cleaning product commonly used to clean walls prior to painting.Available at all hardware/home supply stores. (Usually in a green box). It is a granule that is diluted with water, simply wash with a bucket and rag. It will make the paint real white BUT it WILL strip the wax off, will need to rewax car after cleaning.
