Hey everybody, I just started doing the marketing for one of the top construction companies in the East Bay area.
let me know if anybody needs anything done to their home or business.

as far as how to market to potential customers, i would say youve covered a lot of the ones i would target. that said, having a good long standing relationship w/ your customers also helps even more. much of the work ive had done on my properties is through referrals and contractors i have had good experiences with. my GC i found through a family friend. he then flipped on 2 more referrals that came from me on pretty big projects and those referrals have then referred him to more jobs.

East Bay Area, Usually like antioch to discovery bay, or antioch to Pleasanton or antioch to orinda areas. I've done work in sacramento for a couple family friends and commercial clients.. Would just depend on what you needed done.

Thanks, Ya he said he has been running his business for 20 years with 0 marketing just referrals from customers. Going to try to have him do some work for community or my old baseball / football fields for free in exchange for logo advertisement also. I've seen A and J fencing which is one of our biggest competitors in fence market offer to stain their fences for free if you put a company logo on your fence for advertisement. Thought this was really cool
