I guess this is more of a PSCAL question but what do you think about this vert and price? I want to get another fox and have been thinking about getting something that is slightly collectible like this vert.
Thanks,
Eric Saleen Vert

I can tell you that it's worth almost that in pieces if it was parted out but what color is that interior?

I would if it was in the $6K-$7K price range and part it out, lol

It has original paint and passes smog. Two important things to note, as its ready to enjoy right away. No need to jump into an expensive restoration.
Seats are a big deal in the fox Saleen world. The material that covers the seats is impossible to find. Everybody knows it too, so if you're trying to sell a car with shot seats, or incorrect material, it'll cost you 2k and a lot of time waiting before you can find some on the used market.
The car looks clean. I think 10k is the right price. If the seats were mint, the car may bring 12-14k.
Prices are on the way up for these cars, as a few recent transactions on cars are in the mid-to upper 40k range!

I have been in contact with the seller. The car at one point or another was converted to mass air from speed density. I thought all 88+saleens were mad cars?

By at least 2K especially if you have to try to locate a full set of seats. Gotta be same year etc.

My 88 notch is a 49 state speed density car. It was originally purchased in a lot of cars destined to be SSP patrol cars. The order was a sneaky way for a dealership to get more cars alloted to them for conversion into Saleen Mustangs.
All that means is the car was ordered from a dealership outside California.
