I have a cherry picker/ engine hoist that leaked all the fluid and needs to be rebuilt/repaired. I would go and buy a new one but this one belongs to my neighbor so I'd like to repair it before giving it back (after I've had it for 5 years). Anyone know how or a place that can repair the tube/bottle? Looking for someone near the Bay Area. Thanks in advanced folks.

A friend of mine used to own a hydraulic repair shop in San Leandro. He sold it a few years ago, but as far as I know, it's still being run by the dude who bought it. It's called Argon Hydraulics. He didn't normally do those types of jobs, but if work got slow, he'd take them in.

EDIT: Just looked it up. It's called Hydraulic Aces now.

Cool right on. I guess I could tackle it myself. Just gotta get the right seals. However time right now doesn't allow me to get into it. Thanks again guys.

Mine was sitting for 5+ years as well.

Try to purge the air out and fill the top hole with hydraulic oil until it's full. After 2-3 fills mine works again.
