Topic: can i block personal attacks from fast hack dave on here? mods what can be done?

Im so tired of this dude always bothering me? he is still texting an testing me or pm me about non sense. I mean is this something I can take legal action about? he has been kicked off here how many times? Can I block him somehow? some how he makes it back and just continues to patronize me, its like hes obsessed with me, I like girl,s and am in a good relation ship, I don't understand what his obsession is with me but as a member of this board who has been here for over ten years Ive respected everybody on here, not kicked off or ever suspended, but this clown < hurting your feelings> <dave> ,fast hatch>, <fast hack>, chevelle or chevette> has always continuously been a problem for many people here. how many times has he been kicked off or suspened for advancing in weird ways towards men or just acting like a ass? Ive offered him jobs when he was fired, an offered to teach him how to work on cars properly when his life was threatened and he had to take the coustomers car to turbo 50 danwho he was working with and friends sense childhood with turbo 50 Dan,for doing shitty or sloppy work, all to help improve his life and get him from bothering mine when hes apparently obsessed with me or just bored. he is beyond my help and gladly not my responsibilty. he does nothing but stir up problems. what can be done about this? can we do permanent clean up here or what? Im at a loss of words, I live my life in the best way possible to avoid any problems possible, some snakes in the grass have weaseled there way into my shop, but has happened with every other shop in the country as well, this is all an the only thing that could tarnish my reputation. I work hard for me my family an my customers. I am at my limits with this clown that seams to be apart of this good group for reasons unknown. why?

Harassment is harassment regardless of it in person or online, screenshot every converstaion and text message he sends. Make a nice little portfolio and go to the local PD, fill out a temp restraining order and he will have to stop communications completely. Then they will give you a court date, you show up and let them know what his dumb ass is doing and the judge will decide how long for the order to be. Usually a minimum of a year.
I remember I didn't have to pay out of pocket for it either. You don't even need permanently conclusive evidence to proceed either, just save most of his comments, conversations and texts.

he sent me another one, Im gona ignore it. I like the screen shoot an restraining order. Im gona look into that. hes only called my phone once when lee told him to chill out, then he called an apologized, but hes back up to it. maybe lee could put him in his place again.
