I've worked for something like that before your car will get dogged/totaled

How are they going to ''dog or joyride'' your car if you take your keys with you? I parked my truck at SFO locked it and got a ride to the airport. Came Back to a dusty truck that hadnt been moved for 7 days.

Park in the long term parking garage off of the San Bruno Ave exit. It's $18/day, but YOU park it and keep the keys and it's monitored 24/7. I've never had an issue parking there.

Same here. Park next to a wall, close! So it distances your car from the next parking spot. Use a club, and keep anything out of plain sight.
