Messed up either way, but why was he walking on the track again? Probably not the smartest thing to do even if the track just threw up a yellow. I highly doubt he was trying to run anyone over...

He fucking killed him, saw dude and hit the throttle not the brakes. It was intentional

I think it was a freak accident. No reason for someone to be in the middle of the race track doing that.

You should REALLY spend some time around dirt racing and a sprint car before passing judgment.

I like Stewart, always been a fan. And dude shouldn't be out there acting tough, from the video standpoint it looks like in the heat of the moment Stewart saw dude and was like fuck that, blipped throttle to scare him and then couldn't stop from rolling dude over. We still haven't heard from his perspective but I seen what he did and I don't blame him, I blame idiot for running around the track looking for the horns and he got it.

That dude shouldn't have got out of his car like that, pretty standard for dirt tracks to not leave your car unless it's on fire

You have no clue about sprint cars do you? 1st dude is in all black. 2. You can't see shit out the sides of these cars. You have a padded kick out right next to their helmets. 3. You drive a sprint car with the throttle. Tony probably seen him to late, and tried to turn the car with the throttle. But caught him with the back wheel. Really sad. But in no way would Tony hit him on purpose. Ever! Not to mention, to do it for the minor contact between the two.

Learn something new everyday. Even if he did mean it you don't go running on a freeway and you don't go running around a track.

Yeah, if you are open to learning new things. It never stops. I agree with you. I never liked to see the Drivers walking around on the tracks. As I have read it. (I wasn't there) Is that, the track didn't even have the yellow light on yet. So the cars would of been at full speeds. He should have to use his head. I feel for the guy. But some times it's just a stupid in the heat of the moment mistakes we all make. To bad it cost him his life.

That dumbass shouldn't have got out of his sprint car! Then walk towards a speeding car, act hard and start pointing.

dude shouldnt have got out of his car. while i doubt he wanted to run the guy over, i think when he hit the thottle to avoid him, it kicked his rear tire out and also made the impact worse when he was stuck underneath the wheel. i really dont think he was intentionally trying to hit the guy but i think it was a freak accident. There's no evidence that he was intentionally trying to run him over. The footage sucks and to make a claim off that video is silly.

These guys get out of there cars all the time in Nascar, this, Formula 1 etc. etc.
He certainly wasn't intending on killing the guy, I think we can all agree. I think he was kind of giving him a fuck you with a little dirt and a pitch sideways. I think the guy kept stepping as Tony did this and it was a split second critical error on both driver's parts.
The driver was so hot being hit and ending his race the passion got the worst of him. Very sad thing that happened and you know Tony is very messed up in his mind right now and might always be depending on the person he is.
