My company has been bought out and we need to fill out new applications. .... Because I'm a commercial driver I needed to provide a current copy of my driving records. So over the past few days in my off time I've been trying to sign up and create an account. Just so I can pay 2 bucks for a printout of my records.
Long story short. The site keeps having issues so now I'm waiting in a the non appointment line for 2 hours for a fucking simple ass printout.
You know in Nevada they have little self service booths where you can take care of this kind of stuff. Why does this state have to continue protecting it's state employees and let us get in and get the fuck out!!!!

Yup that's the one I went to. Normally if I'm leaving work I'll just hit the one in fairfield. I work in the industrial park off red top road.

Whenever I go I'm in and out within 30 mins. No matter what the case may be. I think one time it took me an hour, but that was the longest.

This is what i do for the hayward DMV office. I just go right after 4 and usually out of there in 30 to an hour depending how bad it is. The other week i went around 2 and it was horrible. Sat around for about an hour and a half waiting to get my tags.

Get AAA...most (if not all) branches have a DMV office inside the main office. This is the only way I deal with DMV nowadays. 10 min wait MAX!

This always works, they work the fastest near the end of the day because they dont want to stay after hours.

I'm not referring to AAA itself...I'm talking about the DMV office within AAA. I thought the DMV office within AAA functions the same as any other DMV office

You could easily lay off 50% of the DMV workforce and have zero impact to wait times or customer satisfaction.
