I need to hunt for a few parts for a 04 gt, and don't know the local salvage yards at all. Any good ford/mustang yards in the sacramento area, or relatively close?

Try Craig'slist or cafords make a want to buy add. You might have some luck there with people wanting to get rid of parts taking up space.
