Thanks I was just wondering since my pops has it registered and insured and he doesn't have a motorcycle license.

I remember getting pulled over riding one of those pocket rockets 10 or so years ago... Was a lady cop who I had a bit of history with. She seen me riding around, lit me up, and cited me for not having a license ON A FUCKN POCKET ROCKET. Long story short... YES, on public roads you'd need a license.
