New tires, battery and the condition isn't what you would expect from a car with that low of miles. Not the car for me.

Brand-new it probably cost between 13 to 15,000. If it really has 13,000 miles think of it as you're paying for a brand-new car 23 years later. Documentation is key in the car like that.

Car fax !!! If your gunna get that sweet looking car, Car Fax it, then run the VIN threw the DMV it will tell you if he's original owner, plus walk the body, look for signs of repair, new caulking , any fender bolts look like the paint came off with a socket? Plus I bet some how you can run the numbers on this car to see if the motor and tranny are correct for this model. Original parts make worth the most. STOCK. Make sure title is lagit no Liens , if your gunna buy a classic be sure everything was from the factory original. Good luck .
