I don't know if this is true but I remember hearing a story a few months back stating that they wanted to bring in some military police/national guard members to come and patrol the streets of Oakland as well. I'd vouch for military personal armed with fifty cal machine guns mounted on top of Humvees tearing these fools apart whenever they start shooting rounds in the air or throwing bottles.
