Wasup cafords. Need some opinions and some input on pricing?
Wondering if i should sell my 89 mustang GT 25yr anni
Im second owner with all dealer paperwork in hand and clean cali car.
Motor is a 5.0Liter 302 with 151k original miles. Motor has alot of power. Automatic Tranny is new with shift kit. No leaks. Tuneup done every 3k miles. Fuel pump and fuel filter just changed about. 100 miles ago. Paint is all original never been resprayed. Car has never spent the night outside of a garage. No dents. LX tailights. New 6 piece headlights and 6k HID kit. Motor is all stock besides bbk cold air. Battery is new($180). Flowmaster 10 series 1 chambers. Interior is grey in mint shape. No rips or stains. Everything on car works. A/c blows ice cold and heater works great! Windows tinted all around. Has pioneer stereo i just installed with bluetooth(have stock stereo). System in hatch is a single 12" Rockford Fosgate P3 with a Rockford Fosgate 500x1bd amp. Sounds amazing! Wheels are new and are 17" pony R rims. Tires are also new and are 235/45/17 fronts and rears are 275/40/17. Never swung donuts or burnouts in car. Have a set of smog legal bbk headers going with car havent installed yet. Overall an amazing looking and running car!!!
Should i sell or keep? Help me out with opinions. Ive posted in past but too many lowballers. Wife even doesnt want me to sell but i get bored of cars fast. Thanks! Keep negative comments to self please. Also if anyone meets up near sac area im interested in meeting up.

If you like foxes, keep it. Youll regret getting rid of a 2 owner car that's in great condition, and original. Ask me how I know...had a near mint gt from original owner, and just got sick of it and it was auto and ended up getting rid of it. You can always find another one to mod and have fun with. A mostly stock car, with just a few owners, nearly 25yrs old, Id leave it looking nice and maybe add exhaust and cruise it. But if you want to sell, I have no clue on pricing. Many buckets asking high $$$ on craigslist, best advice I can give is just price is wherever you are comfortable and can let it go for and wait for a buyer who agrees with you on the vehicles worth. goodluck, and clean gt

Yeah i dont want to sell and regret later. Had a notch chp before and sold cheap and regretted. Im planning on throwing those headers on and also a bbk off road h pipe. Just trying to make up my mind. lady i bought it off cried when i cashed her out. She had it sitting in her garage for 15yrs so all ive done mechanically is new tranny. I prefer auto i get crazy in 5spds. I dnt want to sell and risk not finding another this clean. I was offered 6k and turned down. Theres alot of crap going for that much.

A super clean fox is hard to find. I say keep it if you think you will EVER want another fox again. I regret selling mine.

You are not gonna get a bbetter offer than 6k so if that's not good enough then just keep it.

Way too clean!!! Don't sell that. Keep it stock, just the way it is. That's like a time capsule, except the 17" Pony R's modernize it ever so slightly, but in a way you see, but don't notice!

$180 for a battery? You can get a redtop for cheaper than that brand new.

I'd say 6k for that car is a pretty good deal.

A few months ago I was looking for a stock foxbody. It is nearly impossible to find anything under 5k that is bone stock and in good shape. As stated before, so much garbage out there. You will have a difficult time replacing it at a later date for less than 6-7k.

looks like your gonna end up keeping it. 150K miles and it looks great but still trying to get more than 6k is gonna be tough.

Honestly 6k was a great offer I don't really see any automatic foxbodies being worth that much especially not convertibles
