Went out and bought my buddies 96 green cobra 160 on the ticker peanut butter leather interior slotted and drilled front brakes brand new rear brakes clean title solid ride has subframe connectors already flowmaster single chambers I need to get rid of if anyone is interested
How it sat with 2 different sets of rims -8's in frot 17's in back hideous
Had some bullits at work stored since 05 new tires pony caps super clean

^ does it got a cobra air bag? Dead give away for me if ones been in an accident....nobody wants to spend the $$ on a cobra bag after the airbag went off so they go the cheap route with a "pony" air bag...

Didnt you say you bought it from your buddy? He should know the details. I definitely think its been in an accident with different colored body panels like that.

Just the one is different color and it looks like the air bags have blown but I'm really not trippin I bought if for fox body money lol I'll get a new steering wheel and paint the car better head lights and clean the bumpers and I'm good. Not looking to make it a show car just wanted a daily driver

Man I love the mustang community. My boy who sold me the car was very ill informed or just don't know but sic9250 and slowsn95gts helped me out have me a lot of tips and a complete rundown of the car.
Quarter panel was replaced over a dent by first owner cheaply so he went with what he found. Bumper in the from was replaced after having a saleen on it so the bumper wasn't attached very good after that. I still have to check the air bag deployment things on the front bumper but it does have a pony instead of cobra driver side air bag. Oh well. I took it home polished the tips a bit and washed her up

Glad I could help ya man ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif) I once bought a $1500 96 cobra that's was very rough but I wanted that 32v lol,anyway after lots of tlc and a IRS swap I sold it to another member on here and he loved it,stick with it James that car has tons of potential believe me,just don't plastidip or primer it black lol I can't stand that shit unless it comes out of a gun proffesionally! Just look at chavez's car for motivation,believe me you won't go back to a fox for awhile ![[burnout]](graemlins/burnout.gif)
