So Im letting one of my cars go back to the finance company and will it efect me in anyway if it goes back with deferent seats? I have some buckets on it now and the stock ones I sold them a while back, so the car came with original leather seats and I have stock cloth ones to put in.. my question is do I have to put in the same leather seats or will it be fine if I send it back with cloth ones?

They won't know, and bro it don't matter if it's a voluntary repo vs normal repo. Drive that shit til they find it and part that shit out while you can. They gonna tuck up your credit might as well get your money's worth

It'll matter when they take the car to auction. If O.E. was leather, and there is cloth seats as replacement, could take a hit on value, which it turn could reflect in a deficency balance that you owe them(the bank).

They don't give two shits about that. They only apply the difference of what you owe to what they auction it for against your credit take whatever you want off of it as long as it runs and drives

So you defaulted on a loan and now you want to part out a car you don't own so you can screw the bank twice?

banks make plenty of money. If you've resolved to default, it's a defualt, leather seats or no seats.
