Yeah that stripe is a no go only looks good on a 4-eye IMO.
BTW I'd either get a new hood that fits or put some hood pins on that one kuz I guarantee that one will fly up on you. [ 2013-10-25, 08:06 AM: Message edited by: NEIGHT ]

3 things, 1st and foremost, you failed to hide your license plate on the second pic, too many thieves lurking around here. 2nd, if you like the way it looks ignore my opinion, but it's a good thing that's plastidip because it just doesn't look right. 3rd, that fitment is awful, and like mentioned earlier, your risking damage to your cowl, windshield, roof, and possibly an accident when it fly's open. But if done correctly, maybe a slightly different lay out of that center stripe, it may look good. You're on the right track.

That stripe does look better on the 4-eye foxes. But if you like it, then rock it. Goodthing about plasti-dip is its not permanent. But def check out the hood fitment issues, hood flyng up while driving is no fun and causes damage as others have said.

I like that stripe! You should add trim chrome for the wheel wells, trim chrome on the windows, trim chrome on the mirrors, side exhaust, fender vents, dingleberries inside, 8 ball shifter knob, totally costume black and porno red interior inserts for the front and rear, 13 inch triple gold daytons with yokohama tires and that shit will be perfect. Can't wait to see the roof dents when that hood flies up too.

I like it. If it were me, I'd consider continuing the stripe all the way to the end of the hood, rather than having it end before getting down to the latch area.

I was thinking kind of the same thing. Make the raised part all black, and carry the black all the way to the tip. I don't like the little bit of red on the sides of the black. Seems like a giant black block in the middle of the hood. I'm also going to +50 the hood comments. Get some pins, and soon.

Everyone has a opinion but at the end as long as your happy with it. That's all that should matter. Plus every person makes that car different that's what makes it stand out in the crowd.
