That bike looks bad ass. You must have some good friends that are willing to lend out their bikes.

This whole Bart strike madness proves that commuting by car does not work. Some drivers will say that the solution to traffic congestion is to build more freeway lanes, but that tactic does not work either since it is impossible to build your way out of congestion. What does work for commuting is bicycle commuting and mass transit( as long as the transit system does not go on strike)
As for the Bart strike itself, the Bart workers should be banned from striking as it causes too many problems for too many people. [ 2013-10-21, 02:41 PM: Message edited by: cobraracer46 ]

Just a bunch of greedy overpaid union fucks trying to milk the system. Don't give me that we don't make enough and our medical isn't good enough bullshit! It's just like the garbage guys here in Sacramento who went on strike, if your pay and benefits are that fuckin bad then why is there a fuckin waiting list just to get an application?? STFU and drive your mf'n bus train already! [ 2013-10-21, 02:44 PM: Message edited by: fstryde3 ]

cycling does not work for me...by itself. but yes cycling coupled with bart/mass transit is good to go. ive tried it (daly city>oakland) and its cool except for the restricted bicycle times on bart kills it for me... [ 2013-10-21, 02:49 PM: Message edited by: fredfifty ]

I have to agree with you. They are asking for way more then they should get IMO. Who asks for a 13% raise?
