My son wants to enter the career as a Wildlife officer. I heard it's a competitive job. He's only 17 but, he likes to know how to get his foot in the door by entering an internship or volunteer his time at their local office. What good advise do you have for him? Thanks!

I do all my huntin' at Safeway, this probably doesn't help though does it, good luck to your son none the less.

I'm not a game warden, but have a friend who is a park ranger a little different, I know. He went to a community college and got a associate degree in natural resources and forestry, also took a lot of GIS classes.
