I thought I would share my experiences with going rear disc, I had C-clip Eliminators with drums brakes so I thought my SSBC rear brake would work but the brackets werent flat enough to seal up with the C-clip Eliminators so I bought the North Racecar Brackets but I had grind a little on the rearend to get the brackets to work and I had to shim out the calipers 3/16" to get them to center, my Baer kit on my other mustang with 9" bearing setup was way easier to deal with.

Did you get the correct ones Lee? They have the regular ones and the Cobra ones. One has a smaller bend for smaller calipers and the other one has a vertical bend for the bigger calipers. I bought the wrong ones the first time, it's been a wile and Duncan probably knows more he installed them.

North Racecar, told me when I ordered them that I would have to grind a little on the rearend to get them to fit and that I would have to shim the calipers since I was using C-clip eliminators.

Everytime I've done them I had to grind the axle housing but only for GT brakes, the Cobra NRC brackets clear with no issues.
