Is the tranny from a 4 banger an a 5.0 the same meaning you can put a t5 from a 5.0 into a 4banger or do you have to use a 4banger 5 speed tranny? My cousin just bought a 4banger that he wants to convert into a 5 speed.

Driveshaft
Tranny
Bell housing
Clutch
Clutch fork
Flywheel
Harness
Pressure plate
Peddles
Clutch cable
Clutch quadrant

Is this all e will need?

I think I remember the pilot shaft on the input shaft of a 4cyl is a smaller diameter than a 5.0. You can just swap out the input shaft if you need to. Not too difficult.

Correct. The input shaft is smaller but also the gear ratios are different. The 5.0 t5 has taller gears so a banger tranny in a 5.0 will be like running 4.30 gears and a 5.0 tranny in a banger will be like running 2.00 gears lol

So in other words it's best to stick with a banger tranny? Until the swap is done?
