I came across a 1990 ultra blue/titanium GT with 19,500 original miles with documentation. Immaculate showroom condition, 5speed with the new car smell. Collector grade What would a fox of this caliber be worth in today's market??

I would say about 10-11k max, Personally I wouldn't pay it tho as I know the car is not going to stay stock falling into my hands.
