Looking to take some weekend classes on welding at the crucible. Anyone ever take their classes? Would you recommend it? Thanks.

I was going to, but the class is kind of pricey. I took the intro class at Techshop and bought a welder to practice at home. [Smile]

There's a guy (Weldpro) on Norcal1320.com that does private lessons for a couple hundred bucks. He does TIG and MIG instruction. Might be a good way to go too.

Is this the same crucible that makes steel in house?
