I havent ever had to experience a smog checkpoint, im wondering if anybody knows the legality behind them and what right we have as far as denying and probable cause. I do know avoiding a check point is not ilegal and is not probable cause to be pulled over. Maybe someone has some info and or experiences with them

In light of the Benghazi shit, IRS and AP phone records scandal I would not trust any arm of this government not to over step its boundaries.

They are mandatory, not optional, I hear they've been targeting mustangs with off road pipes in your area.

yup they are not mandatory lol there has been soooooo many threads on this over the past year...yet theres a new thread EVERY week, get with it guys, you can say no! IF chp is on site its cause they are protecting the people working on the side of the road with there presence and lights!
