Well im in the path of lossing some weight again. But what work for me was a big shake in the morning. So what I did was some soy milk, frosen berries, banana, plain outmeal handful, and some spinach. Taste pretty good. U could add a bit of honey if u like. When I use to work out in the morning I would add a scoop of whey protein. Also whole grain toast with peanut butter to go with the shake. And always eat fruit during the day

1 serving of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein followed by a banana and orange at 6am then followed by 3 boiled eggs or a good bran cereal for a midmorning snack.

Boiled egg and some fruit. Keep snacking on fruit until lunch. That should hold you

Cottage cheese with fruit. Or oatmeal with protein mixed with fruit.

I read the website, so does this stuff really work? I might look into it more, just worried about it giving me mad shits when I'm about to start my day haha. Don't want to be commuting then rushing to find a toilet haha.

Yeah, it works!...Been using it every day for a while with positive results...Body fat down, long lasting energy, without jitters or come downs..I have friends who compete in body building and BJJ and use it religously too...Actually heard about it from Joe Rogan's pod cast
MCT oil, I believe, is basically coconut extract and but 6x stronger than just regular coconut oil...Energy levels through the roof on MCT!...But, yeah, my stomach can't handle MCT at all...On the flip side, my wife has 3x tbls of MCT a day and has no issues...

Protein shake is a good idea if your in a hurry.
Egg whites, little olive oil, and oatmeal. That way you get your protein, carbs and fats in. Wouldnt hurt to take multivitamins and fishoils either.

Steel cut oatmeal with ground flax seeds. Organic banana strawberry blueberry smoothy with 100% coconut water. Glass of room temp filtered water.
Just stay away from heavily processed crap. Everything natural can be part of a healthy diet, in moderation. But if the ingredients list has a huge paragraph and many of them are chemical compositions and preservatives... pass on it.
For instances, I'll have Belgium waffles, scrambled eggs, and bacon on occasion... but make the waffles from scratch, use organic cage free eggs, and fresh cut deli bacon.

I start everyday off with the following. I stated this ritual at 228lbs, I dropped to 185. I have now put on 20 lbs of muscle & now am at 205 with 10% body fat. If I can do it anybody can!!!
3 eggs, over easy
1 cup of oatmeal
1 Animal pack 2X a day
2 Hydro pills, cuts excess water from body/skin
1 protein shake including the following
*3 scoops of ISO Pure protein, 25 grams of protein per scoop, total of 75 grams. 3X a day
*3 strawberries, 5 Blackberries, 5 Raspberries
*2 scoops of buffered Creatine.
For snacks during the day I stick to Fruit & Meal replacement bars from MET-Rx called "BIG100 COLOSSAL" they have 30 grams of protein & 410 cals. I drink minimum of 1 gal of H2O a day.
