One barely got here(but was labeled the wrong box out of the two) yesterday and when it did I asked if they had another package and they said no but it might be here tomorrow(today). Now I've been waiting like a idiot since I got off work and finally decide to look up the tracking and it says "exception." What does that mean? Do I have to go pick it up? It's not a problem since UPS is only a couple minutes away. They failed to deliver our daily packages at my work on Monday and Tuesday. I had to call and make a corporate claim. Their response was they are over loaded and they had to rent 12 uhal trucks to deliver their packages. So you might be getting your packages a little late. Now we have too much volume because the competition of Roadway, DHL and the rest that closed are not in business and everybody is ordering online.
