Hey everyone, so my pops wants to get the new GT 500 with all the SVT goodies and such and both him and myself have been calling around and looking online for a dealership to deal with. So far we have had very little luck with the local dealerships (cough cough future ford concord) who charge a $10,000 mark up on an ordered car with is insane. My buddy worked at Livermore Ford for awhile andn refered us to Galpin Ford, right above LA. So what I am wondering is if anyone on here knows of a good dealership in either CA, Nevada, Arizona, or Oregon to use to get this car. Any advice would be a huge help. Thank you!

Walnut Creek ford was selling Raptors with a 7K mark up, I doubt the GT500 is any different.

I'm a salesman at Future. Here in sac we just sold our black on black 13 for $1000 over and our red one for msrp. Basically the markup is there for those talking and not buying. If you are pretty specific in color, options, etc let me know what is mandatory for your dad to buy it. I'll let you know what dealership has one that matches. PM is fine

You guys do realize that the order banks are already open for the 2014 Shelbys? The sad part is that people that have ordered their '13 to their specs are still waiting to get their cars.
If you can grab one off the lot now do so fast as they will not last long (you get what you get as far as how the car is optioned though).

It just sold after I posted this, so tell pops to find one pretty quick and move on it because they are limited and selling super fast. We were allocated 3 which sold ASAP.

Find a dealer with a 2014 allocation and order it before the allocations are spoken for already. It is not too hard..you just have to act fast. If you want a '13 model..good luck with that it will probably not happen, but there are some floating out their (mostly from cancelled orders or where the ADM was so high perspective buyers moved on to more fair deals.
I know a couple of dealership owners....pm me and I will ask (just need to know what configuration your dad is looking for (i.e. 821 or 820 package).
