For sure, wall street might be just a little bit disappointed that the guy who was going to suck their dicks failed to take control of the White house.

You know, I really HATE to make personal attacks but for you I will make an exception. You really are a MORON! You say "wall street" like you are talking about all these fat-cat Republicans and corporations who suck money from everybody . Do you have a 401K, company pension or an IRA? All of these retirement plans use the stock market to make money for millions of regular people for their future. You probably don't have a future so you don't seem to care but most normal people do. FOOL!

Funny how when the market was booming under Clinton, fat-cat stockmarket guys aren't evil. But when the market sucks under Obama, it's clearly the Republicans and their stockmarket cronies. Cobraracer46 couldn't come up with an original idea even if the Democrats taxed original ideas and gave him one under a redistribution-of-original-ideas plan. He's just regurgitating everything he hears on TV.

I still fail to understand how businesses can justify laying people off because of obamacare...first it does not start until 2014 and why shouldn't all companies provide healthcare for their employees...if u think about it if companies dontt pay for healthcare for their employees u will through your healthcare premium or taxes...

Our ignorance on how exactly healthcare is run in this country fuels the illusion that obamacare is responsible for layoffs...no the Greed of business wanting to pass the cost of healthcare for their employees to you and me...through taxes or higher healthcare costs...

when healthcare for a family is $1900 a month (my current benefit)
which is almost 3x my house payment (taxes and insurance inc.)
there is something SERIOUSLY wrong

It costs a lot of money to pay for healthcare, businesses need to make a profit to stay in business and if they didn't lay people off and paid for healthcare for all their employees they might not make a profit they wouldn't last long in business and then a lot more people would get laid off instead. Its like battlefield surgery cut the hand off to save the person.

I need some explanation into why anyone thinks making a profit is greedy. Ok I can understand oil, but a burger joint? These are entry level jobs that you should not expect healthcare from. So if your forced to provide healthcare to employees that work more then 30 hours, i agree with cutting those hours to keep them under that.
